ArtNetWorth was born in 2006 with the purpose of representing a new player in the art market: an independent company able to increase the transparency and security level of all the transactions, as well as the knowledge and opportunities of collectors and companies within the art business.
In 2009, the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage recognized ANW’s evaluation model as an efficient and valid process for artworks' evaluation.
In 2012, ArtNetWorth approaches the digital world, developing a user-friendly system for the evaluation of artworks online and an innovative digital passport for artworks, 4G, based on a multi-functional digital platform.
With 4G, ArtNetWorth cooperates with important museums and international art fairs aiming to offer more information and extra contents to visitors and possible buyers, increasing the interactivity during the exhibitions.
ArtNetWorth now has many partners in the art field, such as: National Museum of China, Museum of Contemporay Art North Miami, Triennale di Milano, Miart and Abu Dhabi Art Fair.
In 2014, thanks to the partnership with Fiditalia, ArtNetWorth is now the first Italian institution for credit line service in the artistic sector.
